The Challenge
The hotel’s previous housekeeping arrangement suffered from high staff turnover and inconsistent standards between shifts. Rooms were often not ready at check-in, guest cleanliness scores were slipping, and management spent too much time chasing the vendor instead of running the hotel.
Our Solution
We deployed a dedicated, fully trained 30-person housekeeping team on a monthly contract, led by an on-site supervisor. We standardised room SOPs to Australian benchmarks, aligned shift planning to occupancy, and guaranteed same-day replacement cover so the team is never short.
